Gretings,

The name's Dilip Tahiliani from Mumbai. Boris is my alter ego, my pseudo name. Been into Knowledge Centers for 3+ years as Tele Sales Executive, Dialer/MIS Executive & currently as Ops. Manager. Love this site, ofter refer to it for pearls of wisdom, such as technical updates, attrition rates & stress handling. Handled StrataSoft Predictive Dialer, suits my company very well.

Cheers,

Dilip Tahiliani.

London  [14/6/2005 10:18:43]

Hi,

I have just joined today. I think this site is a fantatstic idea and wish I had known about it when I used to manage contact centres! The company I work for (check my profile) is based in London and we specialise in Performance Management Consultancy. I have joined this site to get back upto date with what is happening in the industry. I have been out of conatct centres for about 2 years (I used to manage 2 for Norwich Union) and we are looking to gain more work in this area. We have a good track record so far in the contact centre sector having worked with a financial services industry leader in call centres and rolled out the performance management framework for NHS 24.

Hope you are all enjoying your summer!

Really  [22/6/2005 09:37:40]

After a Grey Tuesday Manchester is actually nice, rather than the usual looking like the entrance to the Lords of Doom in Mordor.

Call me schizophrenic...  [23/6/2005 12:48:34]

By day I work for an organisation based in the North East, who have a number of communications / call centre roles. It's the latest in a series of roles that have seen me work for large and small contact centre organisations, including telecoms companies and banks.
By night I hang upside down from the roof.....
No, but seriously, in my spare time I'm a councillor on a local authority who are moving gradually towards one stop shops for face to face contact, telephony and e-contact.
So during the day I do the job, and by night I scrutinize the way the council does the job. So you can imagine I'm sometimes confused as to which role I'm performing (sorry boss.....)
