As you've possibly noticed, we've just launched our resources section. We're building a list of other call-centre related sites for the web section.

We're looking for suggestions for sites that we ought to include - we don't really want to miss anyone out, and more importantly, we want to be able to help other sites promote themselves as this is good for everyone.

So, if you've got a suggestion, please reply to this topic and we'll check it out and possibly add it to the resources section!

Hi everyone.

I'm still looking for your link recommendations - any other site that you find useful, we are happy to link to it. We've found some resistance to certain other sites when any mention of our site appears (we are perceived as a threat by some other customer service/call centre communities - usually the non-independent, commercially motivated ones) but regardless we are happy to link to them if our members would find that useful.

Please let me know your recommendations.
