Hey, I know questionnaires can be pretty boring but I'm sure that most people visiting the forums are procrastinating even if just a little bit! So this is a link to a questionnaire regarding a study I am doing, it only takes 6-7 minutes and is actually quite interesting; it makes you think more about how your office environment and layout might be affecting you. Hi,

I'm a postgraduate student doing work experience at the moment and some general market surveying work within the office sector. I have compiled a questionnaire about office design & environment. It's an online questionnaire that can be reached through a link (it's hosted on My3q.com) and only takes about 5 minutes to do. I've worked in a few call centres in my time from Clydesdale Bank to Esure Car Insurance in Glasgow, the latter being where I heard about Call Centre Voice. I was wondering if it would be ok to post my questionnaire on the forums here for people to complete at their will. It is quite an insightful questionnaire and if people want i'm offering some feedback on my findings once the survey is finished. I didn't want to go ahead and post it right away in case you didn't allow such things! So if someone could get back to me either way as soon as possible that would be great. Many thanks,

Just done your survey now. Don't know how useful or representative my responses are as I have been on Maternity Leave since Easter, and my office has relocated while I've been off, so it's a mix of what I remember from the old place and my impressions from a few visits to the new!
