Integration of Telephony into Salesforce  [9/3/2010 22:17:30]

We use Salesforce in our Company as a CRM package and there are one or two Companies that provide integration of the Agent turret into Salesforce. Has anyone heard word or have experience of this. We would like to obtain this functionality, but it would be good to hear if anyone has any views.
