Hi, I am pursuing a research on call centre attrition. Can u pls help me with your valuable inputs about reasons for controlling it and the industry standards. This project is for the Indian Call Centre Industry.

Prakash, there is a search function in CCV which you might find useful. Try running a search on the keyword 'Attrition'. Should throw up some topics. John
