Erlang calculator  [27/7/2001 12:19:28]

Hi everyone.

We've had a couple of requests for our own CallCentreVoice Erlang calculator recently, and we did think about adding one. However, why re-invent the wheel when there is a decent calculator available here.

Hopefully some of you might find this resource useful.

Erlang Calculator  [1/8/2001 11:19:40]

An even better web site is www.erlang.co.uk.

Here you can download for free:
Call Centre Calculator (Windows based calculator)
Erlang for Excel (adds erlang and call functions to Excel)
TheSwitch Skill Based Routing Simulator (for when erlang
just won't do)

www.erlang.co.uk is not a commercial site, it is run for
the benefit of Call Centre professionals.
