WFM setup  [11/3/2010 12:55:50]

Hi everyone,

I have quite some understanding but still would want to brain storm a little more.

I need to setup WFM function in an office dealing with front-end activities such as Inbound/oubound calls and Back end activities such as emails/chats.

What all steps are required for creating this function.

Suggestions/questions are welcome.

Hi Pamposh - can you elaborate on this more? are you refering to WFM roles in particular that is needed for your office?

Thxs for the reply Charlie.

I understand that WFM function would mean setting up Forecasting/scheduling/staffing functions along with Seat/infrastructure management. It would also mean keeping track of hiring requirements etc. So roles are pretty clear in my mind however I want to understand the order of events (setups) from someone who has done it before.
