Hello , I currently use a Genesys dialler v7.5....Has anyone done any teting on the AMD rate or does anyone know what Genesys publish as the % accuracy ?

Genesys doesn't do AMD - it needs to be provided by a third party component.

Andy - are you using Intel HMP / dialogic cards?

I am being pressured to provide an SLA for AMD, I am obviously reluctant to do this as it is a very difficult to test & B .very difficult to prove either way ..

Hi Paul,

I would suggest 87% is rather too high. Maybe you should run a test on a sample of your own data and see what you come up with?
