I HAVE BEEN IN THIS INDUSTRY FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THIS INDUSTRY IS ALL ABOUT PR. AGENTS WHO PREFER TO KEEP A LOW PROFILE AND DO NOT GET OVER-PALLY WITH THEIR SENIORS ARE MOST UNLIKELY TO GET REWARDS OR RECOGNITION FOR THEIR WORK . PEOPLE WHO MAY HAVE JOINED MUCH AFTER AGENTS WHO HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THIS INDUSTRY FOR YEARS HAVE A GREATER CHANCE OF SUPERCEEDING THE OLD EMPLOYEES WHEN IT COMES TO CLIMBING UP THE HIERARCHY , IF THEY HAVE EXCELLENT pr skills , THEY MAY OR MAY NOT BE GOOD WORKERS,IS SOMETHING WHICH HAS NO IMPORTANCE.

And that is true in any business. No one is going to promote you unless you promote yourself.

I disagree with both of you but still understand where you are coming from.

There are two kinds of folks, Winners and Whiners. You get promoted for the value you contribute to the team UNLESS you are in a large 'who gives a sh**' organisation. In case you are, either keep on whining or get out of there. But before that THINK... maybe it's you. You could just be carrying a chip on the shoulder from point A to B.
