TCS/Aspect Question  [18/1/2010 10:09:49]

Hi,
After four and a half years out of the resource and planning game, i find myself back at my old employer doing a completely different role. However it seems memories linger and i'm now being asked questions about the WFM by the current planning team!

The problem is that most of my knowledge has evaporated to accomodate more pressing information!

So my question is.....When generating holiday entitlement for CSR's the holiday period reads from 01/05/09 to 01/03/2011. The planning team can't get the periods to to run from 01/05/10 to 30/04/11.
It doesn't help that i don't have access to the WFM and am having to work blind without the benefit of looking at it and seeing if any memories are jogged.

If anyone can help that would be much appreciated.

thank you

Hi Adam,

You may have already worked out the answer to this, but if not, I would say the issue is the fiscal calendar being used in the personal account against which the entitlements are being generated. The last entry probably runs to 01/03/2011. You can amend the last date in Configuration/Forecasting/Fiscal Calendar (or in Set Up Editor/Forecasting/Fiscal Calendar depending on your eWFM version).

Hope this information is of use and if I can be of any more help in the future please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards

Parham
