We are in to data processing, i need help from all of you in order to develope a proper slab system for my people to give incentives.
I am stuck over with few calculations. Any help is appreciated.
Target production : X
Min quality : 98%
Shld look in to system were i can pay for each X+1 product or shld i look at X+X*y%
and shld i look at quality factor (98% being minimum)? Do i need to give incentives for quality too?
