Indian Call Centers Need To Add Value  [8/2/2003 15:05:33]

It is amazing that most of the Call Centers in India don't want to go the extra length to add value to Campaigns and expect business to boom. Simple Telemarketing is out! We can only make money through Value Addition which is a result of the following - Concepts, Creativity, Quality & Dynamics. The bottom line which Call Center Industry seems to forget is that it is but a part of a MARKETING in its truest sense.
