We run a very small VOIP based call center which we are planning to expand and move to an IPLC based one. We are planning to rebuild the enitre infstatructure with newer and better technologies. Can anyone advise on which technology platform I should choose, Parameters I should consider for making the selection, Which all components are really cirtical to run a call center and which components can be avoided etc.
