Hello,

I came into workforce analytics through learning the processes as a supervisor in a call center that was too small to have its own workforce management group. At this point in time I am interested in going back to school to improve my credentials and make me more attractive for advancement within WFM.

Talking to some people it has been suggested that I work toward a Bachelors in MIS but I'm not so sure. Would anyone have a suggestion on what major I should choose that would best serve me in my workforce career? Thanks for your replies in advance.
