Quality Assurance Scorecards (without attached recording)  [4/9/2009 22:11:11]

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good and simple Quality assurance scorecard software? Our AQM one works fine for calls recorded in AQM, but I'd like something to use across our various email, chat, dialer, etc platforms. It'd need to have user designed scorecard templates and store all results of agent QAs.
