Hi John, We are a small 5 seater call centre right now and would like to throw call automatically to our agents as manually copying the numbers and then dialing through Voipzoom is very tedious and time consuming. Ashish

Five9 [6/10/2009 15:35:28]
We've been using Five9 for a bit and it works well. It's cheap and easy to configure a basic campaign.

I have to disagree with the notion that Five9 is a good option if you are looking for free. They charge per seat license which is over $100 per seat. The last I heard, Five 9 only allows you to use their voip carrier which is double the cost of what you can get outside. Check out Vicidial. You can find hosted dialers that you wouldn't have to maintain. You can find one that handles 10 seats for between $150 and $300 per month including support. This dialer is a full blown predictive dialer that can also dial manual if need be. Hope this helps.
