Aspect Conversations Predictive Dialer  [21/10/2009 17:04:32]

Hi

I neeed help setting up my Split parameters to acheive maximum RPC rate. The call center I manage has 130 staff with 180 trunks. Currently all system parameters are set on default. Our download averages about 35000 records. Although we acheive a 100% penetration rate, our RPC rate is currently on 19%.

Can someone please help
