I have recently joined a company with outbound sales centres in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. My centre managers would benefit enormously from visiting a mature outbound sales operation which operates best class technology and processes. I'd be extremely grateful if anyone were prepared to arrange a visit - ideally in the UK or Ireland for language purposes. Jim.
