Hello. I'm looking for advice from the Irish members of
Call Centre Voice.
I am located in the US, but I am a member of a team which is considering
establishing a call centre in western Mayo or Donegal to receive incoming calls
from the US for a consumer catalog.
I'm doing a business plan, and while it is relatively easy to
find out how much in wages call centre employees receive, it
is not as easy to find out what is a good benefits-bonus
package without being in the country.
Does anyone have any thoughts you wouldn't mind sharing of
what are the expectations for different levels of employee?
