What you get for your money

If you join or upgrade as a Silver Level Member, you get all of the features that a standard (free) member gets, plus 'VoiceMail so you can send messages and network with other members, premium-level forums, and also an entry into the CallCentreVoice directory, which gives you a persistent advertisement for your business or services, visible to the world. The benefits of this are many; firstly, as this site is visible worldwide, you can gain business from locations that you'd otherwise never reach; secondly, you can promote your services or products without moderation, and link to your own website; finally, as we receive a great number of enquiries on a daily basis, we will refer these to our directory as a matter of policy - again, driving new business to your door.

If you join as a Gold Level Member, you gain all of the above, but also benefit from additional forums, priority directory listing (with image facility for your company logo), subsidised advertising in the forthcoming Marketplace, and posting rights within our new commercial forums, which will be introduced soon.

Why join when I get so much out of CallCentreVoice for free

CallCentreVoice requires a modest income to cover the cost of its servers and ISP fees. It also needs to be able to invest to develop new features and improve existing ones. To remain independent, we must seek to offset our costs by offering value-added content such as the Premium Level memberships. This enables us to keep our existing community alive and available to all, whilst offering something extra to those who are believe in what we are trying to achieve. We trust that what we offer is of value, and therefore we hope that our members will help us ensure the long term viability of this community.
