Call Centre Articles and Case Studies required  [20/1/2005 09:27:20]

Hi everyone,

See also: Article Submission Call for Voices.

We're looking for anyone who might be interested in contributing guest articles on call centre and customer service issues. We're looking to add a little variety and it would be nice to hear some case studies or discussions on the various issues that concern us in our industry.

There's no commitment to follow-up articles - if members want to submit just the one article then that is fine. Of course, it's a great opportunity to plug a new way of doing things or discuss a successful application of some technology or method.

What's in it for CallCentreVoice

We get some variety in our content and I get a rest ;-)

What's in it for the author

Worldwide recognition, the respect of your peers and the chance to plug your organisatin (albeit mildly). And a mugshot next to your article if you wish...

Still required. Have a look at the resources page to get a flavour of the sort of thing we're looking for. Customer Reach is a great example of the sort of quality content we'd love to add to CallCentreVoice.
