We're looking for anyone who might be interested in contributing guest articles on call centre and customer service issues. We're looking to add a little variety and it would be nice to hear some case studies or discussions on the various issues that concern us in our industry.
There's no commitment to follow-up articles - if members want to submit just the one article then that is fine. Of course, it's a great opportunity to plug a new way of doing things or discuss a successful application of some technology or method.
