Working The Phones: a place for call centre agents to talk about life 'working the phones';
Call Centre Lore: a nice handy place for all those crazy tales and recounted experiences of bizarre calls, eccentric bosses and crazy colleagues;
The Pub: anything goes in the pub, provided you buy me a beer ;-)
