Hi folks,

This is a short announcement to let you know that we are moving CallCentreVoice to a new server on Saturday 9th August 2008. This is a faster, more capable server than the current one and will make the site more responsive.

As of Friday 8th, there is a possibility of outage whilst the DNS records which point our web addresses to the actual servers is updated (and then whilst that update ripples across the internet).

We ask you to be patient if you find the site inaccessible at any point over the migration period.

With some luck you should see no outage as such but you may find that recent posts appear to 'vanish' for a short while (whilst the DNS switches to the new server, which in turn won't be updated with the final database for the forum until the switch is complete - if that makes sense).
