Kevin Grayson here! I work for a 300 agent call center right now (ramping up by the day!) I have never actually been on forums before so nto very sure how they work.

However I HAD to join now to warn the community about a guy who ripped us off of $14000 plus. His name is

I know some other centers 2 in India who he has scammed of a few thousands too. People like James here, are who give this industry a bad name. We worked 7 days a week and he scammed us this way. We had no choice but to report him with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We also want to warn everyone out there to be careful with people like him who are okay to rip other's stomachs off and feed his own kids the money he stole from others.
