I need to find a way to have Symposium monitor multiple voicemail boxes and alert managers or analysts when boxes they are authorized to access recieve new voicemails. Alert via E-mail is fine, but an app that monitors and displays the number of new and old messages per inbox similar to how Symposium shows voice queues would be a big time saver.
