I am Vishal Saini from Chandigarh. Currently, I am working to setup my own call centre. I have some confusion about the type of technology to be used. Is technology project specific ? Is there any technology which can support all types of projects such as voice based (outbound and inbound) and web support (chat and email)? Just to mention , right now I am not having any project in hand. Please advice about the technology so that I dont have to spend in technology again and again.
