We connect to the Mosaix dialer via telnet.exe from windows clients. Are there any DLLs that would help us in managing dialer operations? We have an application suite called the campaign director. There are applications in it where we can do record selections on a dialer list, and start an outbound job etc. I was wondering what dlls that application was using? Can we also use them? If so where can I find documentation about it. |
