Thanks for adding on the link. We're still in testing phase so far.

If the feedback is positive then we plan to develop it futher.

I have been looking to see if we can add on a multi-site or multi-group spreadsheet that can look at three teams individually and three teams networked to see which one the difference in service level.

Any feedback on the calculator can be left at the bottom of the page.
