Is it possible to Split CLI per campaign on an Avaya soft dialler?  [22/5/2009 14:05:22]

We are currently using one Avaya proactive contact 3.0 soft dialler and I would like to present different CLI numbers per campaign. Does any one know if this is possible using one soft dialler?

Hi Kevin

Yes it is possible to send out a different CLI on a campaign basis, However the PSTN must be configured to allow this.
