We are currently using one Avaya proactive contact 3.0 soft dialler and I would like to present different CLI numbers per campaign. Does any one know if this is possible using one soft dialler?

Hi Kevin Yes it is possible to send out a different CLI on a campaign basis, However the PSTN must be configured to allow this. If you would like more details please give me a call. 01173115803. Regards Jason
