We currently have 20 seats on the Opal Powercall Predictive dialler (Magnetic North Maximise system) and it is rubbish. Its down all the time and the support people don't seem to belive you when you have a problem.

Can anyone suggest another company that we could look at.

I know we would be better with our own dialler but we don't have the cash at the moment.
