Can anyone recommend a stop-gap solution for scheduling software ie;freeware? I'm looking for a short term solution to a scheduling problem while I investigate capital expenditure and ROI on a full blown product...even if anyone has an Excel spreadsheet that works for about 80 agents...nothing fancy just a straightforward schedule with breaks and lunches...

Hi Chet - We do operate a 24/7 center and we do have minimum # of agents required on 1/2 basis - Any interim tool in excel would be helpful - we are using excel manually right now while we look to purchas & implement a full featured WFM
