Hi,

We are currently implementing Aspect UnifiedIP 6.6 to replace an old Epro 5.2 system. We were very keen on the Realtime reporting feature, but looking at it it appears to be unusable junk. Calculations are almost impossible and the system does not seem to hold a record of dispositions.

Has anyone been able to get meaningful disposition data from Aspect UnifiedIP Realtime reporting?
