On a serious note it is interesting to know the age of the people you are talking to as usually you only get a mental picture from their posts.

Let me kick this off at a balding and white hairs already 25 years of age.

Well I have to confess at feeling slightly more youthful and spritely having read this thread! Tee-hee.

I am a mere 28 years old, (though only for another couple of months unfortunately). Unlike Simon however, no-one is invited to my party as I will be sat at home, crying into my beer at the prospect of being just 365 days from my 30th.

I just noticed I lied! I'm 31 but clearly feeling older ;o(

Don't panic Dylan, it was my birthday on the 4th and i too was depressingly telling friends I was 33 until a mate pointed out that I am in fact only 32!! Just think of it as retrieving an extra year!!

Who cares post 29 anyway!

Hitting 30 didn't actually feel as bad as I expected, however my husband is having a hard time as he approaches 35 - he does not want to go up a ticky-box on demographic surveys for age range!

Zoe, I felt a similar twinge of hurt when I realised that I was no longer in the social demographic that Radio 1 were aiming for, (i.e. 16-24), even though I've been a TOG for as long as I care to remember. Ho-hum.
