Would anyone be willing to share with me how much they pay the IT or Telecomm Manager for their call center? (You can reply direct or post if you prefer)
I can't find a good salary survey out there for Telecomm and IT for call centers. And I'm about to start the yearly haggling process. :)

I can't help you directly but I strongly suspect that IT/Telecoms managerial salaries are at rock bottom right now. The sad bit about it is that companies will try to take advantage of the weakened job market in the technology sector by offering pretty low salaries, and as soon as the market picks up again (hopefully soon for all of our sakes) the same companies complain that their best staff leave. Can't have your cake and eat it, folks...

Depending on your budget responsibilities, an average telecom manager in the States will fetch $60-$75K, depending on experience and the size of the call center.

With your CRM responsibilities, your nomination for a recent award, and your obvious expertise with the Aspect ACD, you should weigh in closer to $90K. Hope this helps.

Thank you Brent, It's nice to have an idea of what would be reasonable.
My bosses always act like I am being very unreasonable, and I don't make that much.
Of course, that's what bosses are supposed to do. :)
