Need Checklist   [6/10/2004 04:56:53]

Hi All,

We have finally appointed a consultant to do the study & desgin of our call center. But we wanted to be sure that we am not given any surprises. Do any of you have any kinds of guides, checklist etc to ensure that we have all the required systems and information in place before we go live with the implementation of the system.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

What are they designing in the call centre? Decor? Layout? Technology? Computer systems?

If you give us a little more information that we may be able to help better. A generic set of checklists could be rather large!

Regards,
Darryl

Right, well without going into too much detail (as that's what you're paying your consultant for!) It could be as follows, assuming that you're starting from nothing.

If you're worried about suprises, I would've thought your best bet is to post a message here once your consultant has reported and ask for advice on particular items.
