After working in a Call Center environment for the passed 15 years,
I now work independently, from home and receive inbound customer service
calls. Since this is arrangement is new to me, I am considering installing
Call Center Software so that I will have my own record of goals and progress.
I would greatly appreciate anyones' input on whether this is a good idea or
not. I'd also like to mention that I will propably work for 1 or more
outsourcing companies.
