Davox - Exclusions  [1/8/2008 17:24:04]


Can anyone help?

Is it possible to retrieve a text file off a Davox dialler that contains all the exclusion numbers that have been entered manually for over the past few months?

Any help will be grately appreciated.

I have asked for the same thing from my dialler maintainers and they have said its not possible.

(This is for the Davox Unison dialler)
