Reports on genysis  [7/8/2008 22:15:50]

Hi All,

I have just joined a call center where we have this dialer which is pretty similar to Genysis... Just wanted to know if we can take out the agent wise system ( not dialer) report... if yes than how..

Help needed quickly please
