Avaya PDS answer machine detection  [14/5/2009 16:49:11]

Hi all,

We currently use the Avaya PDS system with answer machine detection enabled, since the recent Ofcom communication we have to do an answer machine detection test to enable us to calculate the number of false positives we are getting.

I was wondering if there is anyone else out there still using answer machine detection and if they have a set way of doing an AMD test?
