Dialler Novice and System Telnet.  [28/8/2009 11:31:48]

Hiya

I am new to using the Avaya Dialler and would like to know if anyone can help me with system telnet.

All I want to do is get a list of calls a specific agent has made for a particular day.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction. If I have posted this topic in the wrong area I apologise.

PC Analysis Telnet  [29/8/2009 21:16:02]

Hi,

Use PC Analysis Telnet accessible via tools in the Analyst application.

Go to reports > Extract

Create a new extract and select "Calling Trans Statistics" as the selection extract type.

After you name the report etc select the fields you want to display and the criteria you want for selection such as date and agent id.

Run the report then export the results using the get file FTP client and you can open resulting prn file in Excel or save as a txt file.
