Hi,

Our company is currently looking to upgrade the current version of the Avaya PDS dialler that we use, we have several options such as Genesys or Mag North but would like to upgrade to the latest version of Avaya as this works through the IP phones.

I was wondering whether anyone has any views on the latest Avaya dialler and if they have used any of the other diallers listed above and what experiences they had?

Any comments would be most helpful.

Hi John,

It is collections based and we have anywhere between 8 and 15 people on the dialer at one time, we currently use vaya because of their AMD capabilities and would like to continue with this.

In terms of volumes we have around 3,000 accounts available to dial.
