CMS Call profiling for VDN's  [2/10/2009 16:41:47]

Why in CenterVu (CMS) there is call profiling for VDN's. I thought that once a VDN was called, it released it to a vector therefore the call answering time would always be just a few seconds. Can anyone help me on this? Please explain why there is a VDN Call profile report in CMS. Thank you
