CC6 Codec issue  [13/10/2009 11:30:39]

Hi, We have a Nortel CS1k solution using CC6(contact centre 6)We are using a hosted IVR company connecting to us through H323, The problem is when we send a call through using a CDN we have a G7.29 N/A(not available) A law issue which results in no two way speech so if we de-acquire the CDN in the CCM the call goes through fine using G7.11 A law and has no problems. we have confirmed that the IVR Company are sending the correct codecs and checked on the element manger of both the primary and alternate sig server and everything is checked. we have two CS1k solutions connected through a virtual trunk and when we call from one to the other with the CDN acquired it goes through fine and is using G7.29 A law. the call from the IVR with H323 link takes the same route once it reaches the primary NRS so we are faced with the bizare issue of CC6 is affecting the call but knowing that it only routes the call to the agent defined by the script we are very confused as to why and how this is happening.
Any help would be seriously apreciated.

thanks....
